4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.

• Clients are responsible for securing their property and valuables during service provision.
